BASICS
We've got a block of 40 rooms at The Cal in Las Vegas.
We recommend the 4-day package, checking in on Thursday, February 27, 2025, and checking out on Monday, March 3, 2025.
We're also having a Dinner Banquet on Saturday, March 1, 2025, 6:00 p.m..
$100 per person for the Dinner Banquet.
$20 per room/family for Homeroom.
Other small costs may be collected later, but we'll keep you posted.
ROOMS
Our Hawaiian Package block runs from Wednesday, February 26, 2025, to Tuesday, March 4 – six nights. However, the Hawaiian Package is only for 4, 3, or 2 nights within this 6-day time frame.
Prices per room are:
4-night rate: $430 / double occupancy (2 meal books) or $320 \ single occupancy (1 meal book);
3-night rate: $395 / double occupancy (2 meal books) or $292.50 \ single occupancy (1 meal book);
2-night rate: $370 / double occupancy (2 meal books) or $275 \ single occupancy (1 meal book).
We are encouraging everyone to bring their spouse or extra special someone, and all family and friends.
To reserve your room, call The Cal at 1-888-715-0711 and ask for Karen Shizuru, our main contact person. Our Group Code is STLB25C. You must pay a $100.00 deposit to The Cal to hold the room.
YOU CAN CANCEL WITH 48-HOURS NOTICE. So go for it!!!!
DINNER BANQUET
We'll be having the Prime Rib Buffet again this year. The cost is $100.00 per person, which includes tip, tax, entertainment, raffle gifts, and other expenses.
HOMEROOM
We're also collecting $20.00 per room/family for Homeroom - where all the magic occurs.
SLOT TOURNAMENT
This monster event is tentatively set for Friday morning, February 28, 2025. For the last two years, the Slot Tournament WAS EPIC and the winners received nice prizes at the Dinner Banquet. There will be a small entrance fee (to be determined).
PAYMENTS
Dinner Banquet attendees must pay Bruce Campbell 100.00 per person.
Each room/family must pay Bruce $20.00 for Homeroom.
Payments should be made promptly, but no later than January 3, 2025.
